Introducing Real-Time Messaging Notifications for MyPetParlor App

  • Reliable Delivery: Behind the scenes, we use Microsoft Azure Service Bus. This means each message is durably stored and replicated on multiple servers. In other words, the system retries until every chat message is delivered to you, guaranteeing reliability.

  • Portal Integration: Notifications feed into your MyPetParlor App portal, giving team members a unified view of all messages. Alerts flag urgent or overdue chats so the team can respond before issues escalate. This dashboard helps your team stay on top of every request faster and more accurately.
