1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of this Privacy Policy:
Application means the software program provided by the Company, named MyPetParlor App
Company (referred to as either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Agreement) refers to MyBusiness App (Pty) Ltd, 26 2nd Ave, Edenvale, 1609.
Service refers to the Application and any related services provided through it.
Subscription refers to the recurring payment plan that provides access to the Service.
You means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
2. Subscription Cancellation Rights
You have the right to cancel your Subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
When you cancel your Subscription:
- You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current billing period
- No automatic renewal will occur after the current billing period ends
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing period
3. Refund Policy
We may provide refunds in the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that severely impact your ability to use the Service
- Billing errors or unauthorized charges
- Other circumstances as determined by our support team on a case-by-case basis
Refund requests will be evaluated based on:
- The nature and severity of the issue
- Your usage history of the Service
- Our ability to verify the reported problems
4. Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Subscriptions cancelled after the billing period has started
- Usage of the Service that has already occurred
- Claims made after 30 days from the disputed charge
- Customizations or configurations made to your account
5. Service Modifications
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. While we strive to provide notice of significant changes, we are not obligated to provide refunds due to:
- Feature changes or removals
- Service updates or maintenance
- Price changes for future billing periods
